Phil Smith was great. He provided all the information I needed and went above and beyond in providing prompt estimates. He responded almost immediately to every question and concern I had. The installation crew was courteous and professional as well. Following the job, the service level did not let up. G&M promptly responded to every question I had and diligently followed up on some minor issues. Highly recommend.

The entire staff from sales/installation to service/repair has been above customer service standards since my first contact with G&M in 1999. This installation will be my 2nd as the 1st installation gas pack wore itself out! Your company maintained the 1st unit for 14 years. I was extremely impressed with each G&M representative I encountered throughout the process of the sale, installation, and follow-up of our new complete home Carrier heating and cooling system. Jeff, Perri, Martin, and Eddie were professional, honest, prompt, and courteous. Jeff took all of the time necessary to explain our options. Perri, G&M Field Foreman, did an outstanding job of coordinating the installation process and making sure the job was done correctly. Martin and Eddie did a great job of installing a complex system.
